How to play

  1. Guess the 4-letter word. You get 8 tries.
  2. Teal is the right letter in the right spot. Yellow is in the word but in another spot. Dark isn't in the word.
  3. Each time you miss, the word swaps one letter to become a new everyday word. You're told which spot changed.
  4. Clues in that spot turn striped, because they describe a letter that may be gone.
  5. It never changes the same spot twice in a row. After 4 moves it reaches its hideout and stays put.
